Kyle was a reliable and integral part of our team at Kinder Kids since the day I hired him. He started his career at Kinder Kids as a teacher before moving into a managerial role in just his second year. As a teacher he was reflective, attentive, and worked hard to support his student’s growth by creating a supportive classroom atmosphere. With the student’s parents he was always approachable and eager to share pertinent information. As a manager his positive nature and strong organizational skills made him an ideal leader. He brought enthusiasm, flexibility, and mindfulness to all aspects of the job to try and support everyone at the school. Kyle is missed here at Kinder Kids and I would immediately hire him back if I had the chance.
Clive Warnes, Executive Director at Kinder Kids Group
I had the pleasure of working with Kyle in Osaka at an international Kindergarten for a number of years. Kyle is reliable and creative with strong critical thinking skills which allow him to consistently consider the best interests of his students while also working within our institution's goals and standards. Kyle is meticulous with planning and is always thinking ahead, allowing him to be proactive instead of reactive. He has a keen understanding of children, forming relationships built on trust by creating an environment that children feel safe to not only physically be in, but one they can feel safe to express themselves in. I wish Kyle all the best in the future and feel any school he is at would be very lucky.
Thor Helgason, Education Division, Senior Supervisor at Kinder Kids International Academy
Kyle and I worked together as part of a curriculum development team in Seoul, Korea. From the start, he showed a resolute focus in developing materials and resources not only useful in terms of teacher accessibility, but also meaningful for the thousands of students that would encounter the materials throughout their education at our schools. Through painstaking processes of development, peer review, and editing, Kyle was consistent in his desire to produce the most efficient final products, noticeably with his classroom experience in mind along every step of the way. As a flexible yet determined colleague, Kyle's natural talents in this field shone brightly in his time with us and the consideration he put into the production of resources and curriculum design are certainly translated in any classroom that he is in.

Kyle began his employment with AEON Corporation in Japan as an English conversation instructor, before moving into an administrative role as a teacher trainer. Kyle approached his work with a professional attitude and provided his branch school with the highest level of educational standards. Kyle took pride in his student’s achievements and planned lessons that took their personal interests into consideration. He was excellent in working as part of a team and maintained a positive attitude. Throughout Kyle’s time as a trainer, he was an exemplary team member. He studied and practiced a lot to have a better understanding of our teaching methods and he helped so many teachers start their time in Japan successfully. He was trusted to be the leader for various projects and campaigns as well. He led these campaigns while also offering support in various marketing and advertising activities. He has been in the education industry for a long time, and I respect his desire to always strive for growth and his attitude towards improving as an educator. I regret that Kyle decided to leave AEON Corporation, as his stay with our company was a pleasant and rewarding one. I would love to have him on my team again and strongly believe that Kyle would be a valuable asset to any company or institution.
Masakazu Kodama, former Education Department Chief at AEON Corporation
Kyle and I worked together at AEON's Osaka Head Office in Japan as trainers for three years. Though he only had a few years of teaching experience when he became a trainer, I had no doubt that he was the best person to ask to join the team; and he proved me right. He was very dedicated to improvement and student care, and was quick to make necessary adjustments when needed. He was consistently well organized and remained thoughtful towards those he interacted with so that his students and trainees were always comfortable about making mistakes. He cared about people, his style, and the outcome of his teaching. Although we had different approaches at times, I definitely enjoyed working with him. I am sure that he would be a super-great addition to any school around the world.
